The Republic of Finland issues a new USD-denominated bond due 4 November 2030. The order book was opened on Tuesday 28 October 2025.
The issue is lead-managed by Barclays, HSBC, Nomura and Société Générale.
More information on the issue will be published after the bond is priced.
