Investors are international and domestic institutional investors, typically pensions funds, central banks, asset management companies as well as banks and bank treasuries. The State Treasury aims to diversify the government funding by instruments, investor type and geographic areas.

The Ministry of Finance publishes economic forecasts four times a year: in spring, summer, autumn and winter. In summer and winter, the ministry’s Economic Surveys provide a concise outlook for the immediate future, while in spring and autumn Economic Surveys provide a broader and more detailed analysis of the existing economic situation and outlook.
