Operational risk

Operational risk means the risk of loss resulting from inadequate or failed internal processes, people and systems. Also external events (e.g. electricity blackout) are considered to fall under the heading of operational risk management.

Operative risk management includes risk monitoring and assessment as well as decisions on corrective measures.
